Hi Everyone,
I am new to the Android Forum so I'll apologize if this subject has already been discussed. I have a Samsung Fascinate SCH-1500 with Verizon and I was just given a BlueAnt Q2 Bluetooth headset. I am trying to figure out how to use voice commands so I can simply say "Call Joe, home" or "Text Joe" without having to touch the phone.
Initially I tried voice command and the Q2 advised "your phone does not support this function". I looked at the manual and saw there is an application called Nuance but I have to go into the phone each time. Then I tried Vlingo and had some success provided my phone didn't time out.
Can anyone provide me with some suggestions as to how to make this work or somewhat determine if I am missing any steps in the process or not?
Thanks!!
TB
