Root [Verizon] Flashing nc kernel...help!

Can someone please help me by explaining how to flash the nc2 kernel using odin. I'm still learning about all of this stuff and thus has stumped me! I don't want to mess my phone up, so any help would be appreciated! A video showing me would be awesome! Thanks in advance!

Otherwise here is how my Odin looks, you should have Odin 3.09

Basically the Left box indicates that your phone is recognized by Odin, the AP is used for Firmware which is why we want to click it and choose our Firmware update
