[Verizon] Google Music authorization issue?

Have any of you serial ROM flashers ran into any problems with the Google music authorization limit? Is it true that authorizing it on the GNex, then switching roms and doing it again counts as two? I believe the stated problem was that you can only have 10 devices authorized, but can only remove 4 devices per year. Is there a work around or are my excessive flashing days over?

It was only a temporary thing Google fixed it and you no longer have to worry :)

You will however, after rom'ing a lot, have to de-authorize devices as it will fill up. I can't remember how many you can have.... 8-10 maybe? It's in settings in your Google music app/page on the PC.

I'm digging up this thread because I ran into this issue today. Google Music wouldn't let me play my tunes unless I deauthorized one of the 10 authorized devices. I opened up the settings to find that 1 of the 10 was my laptop, and the other were my phone (1 for each clean wipe, I'm assuming).

Anyways, I deauthorized one of the phones and could listen to my music, but at the top of the screen it says you can only deauthorize 4 devices per year. Any insight?

Anyone having problems making music available offline? I'm currently on BB running JB 4.1 and I keep getting a check your connection problem

i think you want want to check to make sure your connection is actually sending and receiving signal, you might need to reboot, or reboot to recovery and just wipe cache and or dalvik cache, and then try again.
are you able to do it over wifi?
or is it just an issue with your data?

tried it with WIFI and Network Data still nothing, but i know for a fact that there isn't anything wrong with my phone sending and receiving data

i wouldnt worry about it, google removed this feature, try doing it online from a laptop or desktop, there might be an issue with the mobile version

I went into my Music settings from my PC and there was no issue with deauthorizing more than 4 devices. I had 10, and narrowed it down to 2 with no issues.
