Here's a link to the XDA thread, which is also accessible via the link @halon posted.
They provide two different methods to install Wallet.
Method #1 worked for me. I'm running Wallet on CM10.1 right now.

I've been running Wallet on CM10.1 for a while now, which seems to work fine as far as the software itself was concerned.
However, I finally had an opportunity to attempt an NFC transaction the other day (@Macy's) and it did not work.
Haven't tried anywhere else, but for now I might hold off on Wallet until there are more developments on that front.
