[Verizon] hardware version

OK I'm interested if the hardware version will affect anything if I root it? Has anyone herd of any issues with hardware version 9 when rooting? I know there are 2 hardware versions and wasn't sure if there was any difference or if one was better than the other?

No, there's plenty of both floating around that are rooted.
