[Verizon] How do I relock the bootloader?

I rooted for a while, but went back to stock and I'm not sure how to relock the boot loader?

If I can, I would recommend Wug's Galaxy Nexus Root Toolkit.

You can either do all the ADB commands yourself, or just touch a button and let the toolkit do it for you.
