Has anyone else here had bad experiences with Settings crashing on HD8?

Not the top Settings menu... but as I dive farther and farther in, the chance of a crash increases. For example:

If I go to Settings --> Call --> Custom Settings

the com.android.phone process stops.

And that's not the only example. As I dive deeper into the Settings, more and more things are liable to crash.

Are you having that experience too? Was it a bad download (checked the MD5)? A corrupt flash? Or is my Darling Phone Gina just ready to retire?

I've never had anything crash except TouchWiz Home when I restart my Note 3. But nothing bad happens. Settings works fine but I admit I rarely use it unless the WiFi is bugging out. I have the theme in settings and quick toggles set to an S5 theme, maybe that helps? The one bug I know of is having two settings icons, even though either one launches the same thing. I just hid the copy.

I had this happening on HD 7, but honestly I really haven't played around with any of the settings since I moved up to HD 8 to notice any crashes.

when i have three apps open in multi-window, and leave them open when i turn the phone off, there is a distinctive lockscreen lag (screen won't turn on for up to a minute, but touch-keys light up and you hear the usual unlock/lock sounds) similar to the one seen in the Galaxy S3. that's the only 'bug' i know of so-far, though the ROM allows any app to work in multi-window so perhaps i'm using apps not designed for it? i think it's Hangouts causing it since when in use the keyboard keeps popping in and out.
