I'm still waiting on the "big" guys to update their ROMs (Sourcery, CNA, BB etc) before I jump on the train. Really like the tweaks they enable over stock JB.

I would, but I'm posting from mobile 99% of the time and can't edit title on mobile.

Also, the link I posted appears to be someone who has a working 4.2 rom for gnex.

There are working roms, but a lot of them are still having minor kinks ironed out. But the heavy hitters (AOKP, BB, CM, Liquid, etc...) are waiting to fix those before releasing their builds

Jelly Belly seems to be the only one running right now but it's pretty much just stock 4.2 with little to no tweaks added.
