[Verizon] IMM76K Directly to Jelly Bean?

Hi,

I have an unlocked and rooted Verizon Galaxy Nexus running 4.0.4 with Build # IMM76K. I'd like to get Jelly Bean on my phone. I found the following thread over at XDA but I'm a little confused.

Since it's Verizon, do I have to use mysid? If I do, do I have to flash twice: one time to go from 76K to 76Q and then a second time to go from 76Q to JRO03O? Or, can I use yakjuxw to go from 76K to JRO03C with one flash?

I'm not keen on flashing OTA stock ROM updates, so I can't comment on that, but somebody here who knows more than I will be able to help you. However:

There's a newer release out (JRO03O) that I've been using and it's working great. It's completely stock except for the Trinity kernel it comes with. The rootzwiki thread is here, and you can flash it like you would any other ROM (be sure to clean wipe). Also, gapps are included in the zip file, so no need to flash those.

EDIT: After reading the post you linked, it seems like the ROM I linked (or something similar) might be an easier option. Since the files in your linked post are only OTA updates (not full ROMs), there a few extra steps (like deleting/renaming the file(s) that flash the stock recovery on every boot). Also, you will lose root.
