[Verizon] Issues With AOKP B40 & 4.0.4

Sounds like you forgot to flash the latest Gapps after you flashed your new rom
 
I was on my phone last night and the call disconnected. Then, I get a callback and was told by my contact that they called and my phone went to voicemail like 4 times.

I had my phone on and was simply using antivirus to scan apps. I didn't get no missed calls from my contact. My signal was at 100. I always talk in the same spot at night.

What went wrong here? I never had this issue until I updated to 4.0.4/AOKP B40/Lean Kernel (Latest edition).
