[Verizon] LED Light never goes out!

Ok, so here's a stumper.

Starting yesterday, nothing triggered it, my notification light comes on solid blue. Not blinking, steady on. When I turn the screen on the light goes out. I've disabled all notifications. BUT, when I get an email or text, which would prompt a notification, the light goes out, until I unlock the phone, and then when the screen goes out the light comes back on.

I do not have Lightflow.

I'm stock rooted with Franco #190.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hey Dude

Did this happen randomly or after custom kernel install? Anything that comes to mind just prior to this happening? Like any new app installs or something you did different on your phone? Let me know

try wiping cache to see if that helps
