[Verizon] List of "safe apps" to remove?

Is there a list of all the "safe to remove" apps for ICS yet? I'm just going through and trimming all the unnecessary stuff (there isn't that much but I want it ALL gone if I don't need it), but I've ran into trouble doing this before. Deleting one app that seems completely harmless and you'll never use and then I start FC'ing left and right and have to do a nandroid restore.

So again, is there a safe app list yet or am I going to have to guinea pig it?

Email
Exchange services
News and weather
Movie studio

I want to remove these:
MusicFX
All live wallpapers
Face unlock
DRM protected content storage

Dunno though. I keep backups of everything, usually on SD card, but this is all internal, and I'm not hurting for storage space.

I'd like to know if it's safe to uninstall Google+ on 4.0.4. Have no intention of ever using a social networking app, so it's just taking up space and always running in the background for me (can't disable it or freeze it anymore, which is why I'm concerned with it messing something up if uninstalled).

It didn't come pre installed on the AOKP ROM, so I'm going to guess its a yes lol

Thanks for the input everyone. I just got backups of all my backups made and everything is squared away to start testing later on today. I will update, probably with a new post later. I'm not going to go too crazy with it, but I am going to go through and remove as much as I think is practical and necessary and let you guys know what happens. Wish me luck!
