Help! I can receive text messages that are sent WIFI to WIFI. If the sender or myself is on 4G, I don't get the text message. I can turn my iPad on the next day and pull down the texts. I have a Note II - brand new. Verizon has already reset it back to the original settings - to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks.
