Root [Verizon] Max storage for apps?

I'm trying to update chrome and I'm getting the "couldn't install on usb or sd card" error. The thing is I still have 4.3gb free. This is all internal storage, no sd card, so I can't try the unmount remount method. Is there only certain areas that apps and be saved in?

This is a stock but rooted Verizon gs4
