[Verizon] need help... again. deleted readytoflash folder

i wanted to update my phone by reflashing stock.. everything went well until, by complete muscle memory from JellyBean, i formatted the system and accidently deleted the folder labled readytoflash on wugfresh galaxy nexus toolkit v 1.4. i have no idea how to get it back without re-installing the toolkit (say it isnt so.. ugh...) is there any other way??
also.. i cant reboot the phone it bootloops at the big white Google, leaving my pc as the only way to salvation!

i would do the following if i were in your shoes.

1. Stop relying on Wug's
2. Learn ADB and reflash to a stock point.
3. Start over with romming
4. Stay away from JB roms until one is built from source code.

don't get me wrong Wug's kit is probably really good for some people to use. But at least 5 times a week i read about a user that rooted and got started using Wug's...then something happen and they are at a lost because they don't know any ADB at all and in the end have to learn it anyways when. It's super simple. Good luck and if you need any help don't be afraid to ask.
