Root [Verizon] Need help

I am stuck on either the padlock or the downloading do not turn off target. How do I get back in? I can reboot to recovery and when I go to reboot it asks if I want SU installed. No matter if I say yes or no it gets stuck on the padlock

I'm not super well versed in the Samsung devices yet, but sounds like a job for Odin to me.
