[Verizon] Nexus boot animation?

Is anyone else having issues when installing a custom boot animation where the animation freezes a few times? I can't seem to shake it no matter what animation I'm using. I'm using animations found in the ROM Toolbox app, btw
 
I have seen what you describe in boot animations since Android 2.0. While I am not sure what exactly causes these temporary "lags" in the boot animation, I assure you that it isn't cause for concern. Maybe someone can actually explain the cause. Nevertheless, don't worry about it my friend :D
