Verizon please push the BMB1 (previous) update

Just flashed MB1... I must say that my hands were shaking a bit during the process. I was really worried I might have messed something up and end up bricking my phone, but everything turned out great! It was actually really simple; the waiting is the hardest part ^_^

I'm told, by Verizon that they will be releasing (is that the right term) an update that should fix the internet access problem in July. Anyway, that's the major problem I'm having. Hit/miss internet access.

I flashed the previous modems a few days ago and it didn't help my battery drain. I haven't had any other issues that I'm aware of from the BMD1 4.1.2 update. Guess I'll roll back to 4.1.1 or BMB1 4.1.2 tonight. Anyone know for sure if I can do this while rooted without losing my settings and data?

Don't know how well they play on the s3, but why not find a copy of the previous radio files and flash them through custom recovery.

Did I miss something? I got the update that everyone hated. I just stuck it out and waited and ultimately got the "fix" update. My android version is still 4.1.2, though (not 4.2.2) as you indicate.

My bad - wasn't typing what I was thinking.

The recent 4.1.2 BMD3 OTA is the problem. There are a buch of issues but the battery drain is all I've noticed. I flashed the radios from BMB1 hoping that would take care of it but no dice. There is no official "fix update". VZ says it will be July before they push a new update to address the issues.
