[Verizon] Rebooting During Setup

So after an extremely long night of attempting to flash to Jelly Bean and it has been nothing but problem after problem. Thought I had found a fix, but it turns out I still can't.

Here goes. Started by downloading the JellyBean Nandroid, wiping, flashing, reboot...the phone gets stuck on the Google logo. So I battery pull, try again, and the same thing happens...
So I try to restore to the backup I made before flashing and I get stuck on the Google logo again. No matter what restore I use it would get stuck on the Google logo. So I checked on here and saw that it was a bad download.

So I redownload and try again. It boots this time. I start the setup, sign into my Gmail account, and click "next" for it to start my restore. At which point, the phone reboots and gets stuck on the "Google" logo again...
It does this every time I try to boot it now.

What gives guys? Any help on how to fix it?

TL-DR = My phone reboots and doesn't work as soon as I try to add my Gmail account. Help.

*Edit* After a stroke of genius, I decided to set up the phone without logging into my Gmail account and the setup worked fine. So I went through the settings to add my account and the phone immediately rebooted and doesn't want to boot now. So the issue is with adding the Gmail account...
