[Verizon] Returning to Stock

I have to return my phone to stock to use a secured email app at work.

Are there any issues returning to stock ICS from JB Rom?

Also once back on stock will I still get Verizon updates the 1 time a year they come out?

Use Wugfresh Toolkit - that's what I did. You'll have to unroot and flash back to stock to get the OTA update. You may have to lock the bootloader as well to get that once-a-year "gift".
