Help Verizon rington attachment not saving?

Good Morning All,
My HTC Incredible, about one year old, needed a complete factory reset. Last night I purchased a few ringtones from the My Verizon site to begin replacing. They appeared and downloaded into my message area with the typical 0000000000 sender. I can easily play them in the text window, but when I attempt to save them for use an error message states "unable to save attachment"?

Any help please

Update to the above, I can save them to the SD card but cannot see them in my Music Player???

Are they in the correct folder on the sd card?
