[Verizon] RIP GUMMYnex :(

Just checked out the dev's twitter feed @kejar31 , He has closed down the Gummy project it won't be updated to JB :( :( :(

So that leaves me without my go to ROM, so what's next?
What I liked about Gummy:

-Very flexible with a lot of options, you could tweak lockscreen, performance, led, soft keys, and other stuff, all right from a drop down under settings...
-It just "worked" while it had options you didn't have to spend hours "tweaking" stuff...
-Non-invasive theme'ing (fairly close to vanilla)

So my question is what would be a good replacement ROM?
I think most of the current JB ROMS are vanilla, so I figure it'll be a week or two before the more "custom" roms are out but what will be good?

I'd highly recommend taking a look at AOKP.

Cannot agree enough... once AOKP gets a JB release it will be my go to ROM. I left ICS AOKP in order to enjoy some JB goodness, but i really miss all of the AOKP goodies. Cannot wait!

I love AOKP, i used to run Gummy on my Droid X, but AOKP has been great so far on the nexus. I love the options and the settings soft key. Just waiting for the JB on it.

Did he say why no more Gummy?

ICSourcery is wonderful! Sounds like it has all the customization of gummy. I've been using it since v2.x. My brother just bought a gnex and immediately flashed it without trying stock :-O He also loves it!

I think it was a combination of things. Mostly, it was a two man team and they decided it was just too much work to maintain and update. There was also some family/personal stuff going on from what I gathered reading the Tweets.
