So ive been going down the line with changing the bootloader and when i enter recovery i get this. Anybody have any ideas?

I did the inital "fastboot flash recovery" than booted and im trying to get to where i tell it i want to install from sd zip. But im getting that before getting to that point.

Found some more info on this one, figured it out. So it appears now i got root and unlocked bootloader done. Now to figure out how to install a rom :\

That's the easiest part.
Just remember to wipe cache and data, and if the ROM needs it, flash gapps.

Booting now, hopefully i dont regret this, ive avoided on the thunderbolt and DINC previously but im sick of crap battery life. Hopefully liquid 1.35 is a good choice.

Any of you know anything about liquidsmooth? Its taking years to do the first boot. Waited 25min than pulled the battery and trying again. Any ideas? Nobody else seems to be replying anywhere and figured maybe yall were subscribed.

I cleared the cache partition this time. Still isnt looking too promising.

just to be safe, clear data, cache, dalvik cache (under advanced), format system (under mounts and storage), then reflash the Liquid.zip. the first boot may take some time, but it certainly shouldn't take 25 minutes.

I never flashed liquid, only paradigm and sourcery. Both had longer than normal boot times on the first boot but nowhere near 25 minutes.

I love liquids rom. That said it shouldn't take that long on the first boot. Mine didn't even take 5 minutes on the first boot. Its a great rom if you get it running. Good battery life and a lot of customizing. I use nova launcher with it as well and full screen mod. Make sure like the others said to clear cache and dalvic as well though.
