Help Verizon s4. volume not working

Yesterday my volume was working fine but today it doesnt make any sound today.
all my sounds are at full volume but not making a sound just vibrating.
Even when I try and watch videos no sound plays.
I boot up my phone no sound.
Just did a factory reset and still no sound.

Your device could be defective, so I would just take it to a Verizon corporate store and get a replacement

Yea I took it to the store and I got a new phone. It was a first time for the employees

I had the same problem today with no sound at all. Reboot and still same problem. Pulled battery and problem is fixed. Will wait and see if it reappears.
