Root [Verizon] Samsung Note 2 Verizon with TRWP

I want to Put my phone Note 2 Verizon back to stock to take the 4.3 Update. I rooted it and it installed TRWP on it so it's preventing it from being update through the Verizon upgrade process.I Uninstalled Root but still has TRWP on it, What files Do I need to put it back to complete Stock and get back the Stock Recovery so it will Update to 4.3 Stock Firmware?

If you ever hope to flash a custom rom on it, you might want to flash the 4.3 rooted version. Once you take the OTA, you'll have a locked bootloader.

thanks for the reply back, I was able to get it updated finally, I was able to remove the TRWP Recovery loader and go back to stock.
