Help verizon Samsung note 3 mms problems

I have a Samsung note 3 and I'm noticing whenever I send an mms to another Samsung phone they can't receive/download the picture. It happens at random times too, I can send one and they receive it one day the next day they cant.

Maybe it's not the phone but network congestion on the rec'g end.

I think the issue might be on their end.

Make sure that you have data enabled when you send it out, or potentially toggle data off/on when sending out.

Tell them to toggle their data as well.
