I came to a realization after about 4 weeks of modding and returning back to stock that even if something goes wrong I can always get back to stock and restore phone. I understand people want to be safe and make a backup but for me I see that as a extra step. All I do to make sure that the phone is going to go back to stock is I do a backup of my efs file which ioroot25 does that already and i am done. If something does go wrong I just use the .tot and .dll file and flash backwards. Thats the benefits of lg. I can go back if i dont like the newer os. Going from kitkat back to Jellybean. Just my two cents.

Yes I tried flashing a rom once on kitkat and using autorec and it gave me the black sreen of death....When i get home again tonight I am going to reflash and downgrade back to jellybean, but here is a question. For the past few weeks I been installing and reflashing different roms seeing what I like or not. I usually do i every couple days. Am I harming my phone?

No, regular flashing shouldn't be an issue other than increasing the odds of a problem during the actual flash procedure perhaps. As long as its done with all the right files, bootloader, baseband combo etc, you should theoretically be able to flash indefinitely.

But therein lies the problem. The necessary combinations are trickier on this phone now due to the need for a patched kernel and hacked aboot to maintain root on 4.4 and to ensure that our Loki'd recoveries are still functional when they wouldn't otherwise be without having jumped through all the correct hoops.
