[Verizon] Stuck on Fast Charge?

My Galaxy Nexus seems to be stuck on Fast Charge. AOKP B40 & Franco Milestone 4. Trying to do a backup of everything to my PC to try out JB. Ideally would like to USB, since it's fastest, but if there's any viable OTA options (on a home network) that'd work too...

...and an answer...sort of.

I had my Galaxy Nexus plugged into my monitor (Dell U3011), which is plugged into my computer. It seems that it's forcing the phone into fast charge mode through the monitor, no idea why. Plugging in directly to a USB port on the motherboard seems to work fine. Rather odd, as that's not the expected behavior of USB, but oh well. Problem solved, even though the data transfer rate off the phone is pretty abysmal right now...wish it were a bit faster...
