[Verizon] System UIDs Inconsistent

I received this message after installing JDQ39 today.

System UIDs Inconsistent:
UIDs on the system are inconsistent, you need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable. I'm feeling Luky.

Has anyone else gotten this message before and how did you fix it. If I wipe data then I will have to reinstall the ROM, I don't want to do that unless there is no other way around it.

Sounds similar to the warning that Titanium Backup gives me when I wipe data, install a rom and install TIBU again. It restores the previous ID, reboots and I'm good.

If Google can't return anything on this error, I'd restore your latest backup and wait until it resolved.
