[Verizon] The best battery life I have ever had!

I'm on aokp m3 and lean 2.0.1. Just the normal stuff today. And I'm using a standard battery.

Definitely decent. I've had 5.5 hours of screen on time, but it was only on a 8-9 hour charge and on the extended battery. I went back to the stock battery for the last week though just to see if I would notice a difference and I didn't really. Being on WiFi helped a lot there too.

Very nice indeed! Lean 2.0.1 my old fave after franc 13.1

It's kind of cool flashing the 'throw-back' kernels. They're just as good as the new ones :p and are mostly smaller footprints. gj strodda!
 
Hmmm, I've been using every release of lean kernel since 1.6. I keep hearing that 2.0.1 is the "best" for battery life from multiple posters. any thoughts?

I haven't run it in a long time, but it was excellent for me. Make a backup, flash 2.0.1 and run it for a couple days to see what you think. If you no likey then restore

4g pretty much all day only about an hour of screen time but still pretty amazing to be on 4g all day
 
My B28/Lean 2.8.0 did a 6 hour deep sleep losing only 1% last night. :eek:

Normal usage during the day is the best yet. Every time I looked at it I was pleasantly surprised.

Now comes 4.0.4 and B30, Gulp! Will it hold a candle? Will the bells and whistles justify any offset?

Can;t wait to find out. Resisting B29 was tough but I'm over the hump now. I wait.
