[Verizon] Transparent UI mod

I'm definitely late to this.

And I'm either not looking in the right places, or my Google-fu is really weak.

I've been looking at the transparent status bar / softkey mod that's been around since early 2012, and I'm wondering if there's ever been a version of this mod for AOSP build JDQ39 (4.2.2). I know it's been available for previous system versions, but I've been wondering about this mod for some time now, and would love to have this on my phone with the current version of Android I'm running.

Before you say, "just flash (insert ROM name here) because it has the mod already," know that I'd rather not go with a custom ROM because I'm satisfied enough with AOSP as it is.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, or let me know whether a version of the mod exists or not for JDQ39, please do so, and thank you.

Closest I found in a quick search that doesn't require root, would be something like Super Status Bar

Might be others out there similar, that was just the first that popped up.

Thanks for linking me to that, though I was hoping to find this mod >>Motoblur Nav Bar and Launcher for the Galaxy Nexus but updated for JDQ39. Basically, the flashable version that also changes the softkeys as well.
