[Verizon] trouble DL'ing in market on Eclipse 1.6.4

Everything is running smooth, a bunch of my apps sync'd from the market after I connected to my gmail account, now every now and then when I got to download an app from the market (free or paid) it starts to download then I get an error that says "Error processing purchase. [DF-BPA-09]"

Has anyone had this error? I absolutely love Eclipse and I don't want to give it up... but I need a working market. Any ideas?

when i was on eclipse, i had a lot of compatibility errors with the market place, i hope the dev gets that situated
