Root [Verizon] un-root and one-click root added to Verizon Note 2 Root Guide

I just want to update... how do I do that? every time I download the update and the phone restarts, it goes into the custom boot mode from the one click method :( I just wana update my phone so I can text and watch youtube at the same time :(((
