[Verizon] Which gapps do I install?

going to install JB and the guide says flash the latest 07/10 gapps proper then reboot, but i noticed there is a 7/11 zip, so should i just install that one?

Looks like 7/11 for the Gapps. I think I'll dirty flash it myself since I just flashed 3.0 earlier this evening.

wipe cache/dalvik. I may just wait till tomorrow and do a full wipe instead. Looks like he's recommending it highly. Hard to believe it could hurt with these tweaks (from 3.0) but I'll probably just be on the safe side.

where in settings do u wipe the cache?

I'm talking about wiping in recovery (clockwork) prior to flashing the rom.
