Root [Verizon] White Theme?

I am looking for a way to theme the stock ROM white (notification bar, menu screens etc.). I don't mine installing a custom ROM but I want it to be a touchwiz ROM. If there is a way to flash just a theme, that would be highly preferable.

You'd have to deodex your stock rom, then find a theme compatible with stock.

Much easier (and less likely to screw up), if you install a custom rom. There's roms in sticky section at the top of the all-things-root section.
