[Verizon] Work around for Flash Player

I guess Flash Player doesn't work with JB? Can't watch vids...is there something I'm missing?

Adobe don't want Flash Player to be present on mobile devices, so even if you install it you will need to find alternatives in the near future:
* Find out how to install Adobe Flash on any Android Jelly Bean device
* Adobe Flash on new Jelly Bean devices - here's how you can still get it
* Adobe Flash for Android will be discontinued starting tomorrow
