I know what i am about to say is nothing new but i have different twist.
Since AT&T lost the exclusive iPhone they started to focus lot on Android phone (Look at Atrix, Inspire) both of these phone can compete with any android phone out today.
Just like that Since Verizon got the iPhone, they started focus on Apple products. I think Verizon really wants to prove that they can and will sell more iphones then AT&T. Frankly I think they have a target of selling X Million Iphones this QTR. Verizon is going to do anything they can to do that. Even if that means pushing Thunderbolt out to prove their point!
