Yea, that was me. Guilty as charged

Haha, their lastest fb post today about something to do with a choir is getting blown up by people asking about the TB. I think at least 99% of the responses are related to it. You would think Verizon would just give up on making posts by now.

They are a glutten for punishment.

Their marketing department is too old. They don't "get it". If you are in the tech/gadget industry and you have a marketing department you should fire them. Every single person reading this. Then hire people who can promote your products like Apple does. Apple has redefined more than the smart phone; they have redefined how to market and "promote" a product up to an established *date*.

I just filled it out. Stroked their ego on the network, and lauded LTE. Then crushed their spirit when talking about their customer service and how they deploy hardware (or don't deploy). LTE network up and going for 3mo and still not a single handset on it. iPhone debocale because they thought they were more mighty than God. Now their CEO is saying they don't want anything to do with Nokia/Microsoft.....

Verizon just posted about the Thunderbolt but it was about a fake fan page saying something. All they said was to stay tuned ...I guess giving us info would have made too much sense.:confused:

"Fans, thanks for your enthusiasm surrounding the ThunderBolt by HTC! Unfortunately, a message was posted on our wall early this morning from an unauthorized fan page posing as Verizon Wireless. The comment has been deleted and we are sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Please stay tuned for any new information surrounding the much anticipated release of the ThunderBolt by HTC!"

I think we should just keep pressing their facebook account for more information. They may have heard us, but they haven't provided us with anything yet.

Although, my bet is that tomorrow or Friday they'll announce the release date since the Apple return policy dies today.
