Verizon's Galaxy Tab - HDMI out?

^ That is the cable that I purchased. The Verizon Samasung Galaxy tab model is schi800BKV.

While one end if the HDMI in and goes to the TV/monitor, the other end doesn't fit into any slot in my galaxy tab. So what am I missing/did wrong? :|

This is what the other end looks like :

The slot in my tab is MUCH wider, on the bottom part of the tab.

Maybe you need the Dock for the TAB , it has a standard hdmi socket.
