Help Very odd restart

The phone discharged all the battery. I turned it back on while trickle charging and am now looking at a screen that says "Downloading - DO NOT TURN OFF TARGET" under "START" in a green arrow.

Any one ever seen this? Do I ignore and restart?

You were holding the volume button while powering on. Just restart it, it wont hurt a thing.

Pull the battery and restart the phone without holding volume down. You must have held volume down and it put you into download mode.

Well, here's a news flash. Yesterday I turned off my phone and then back on. I only held the power button. But the phone booted into this screen. I held down the power button and it rebooted normally.
