Help Very strange picture problem

Hello,

My pictures on SD cards don't appear in the album (black screen) but do open on my phone. Vids get only first frame but won't open.

Now the strange thing is that pics on teh SD won't open anywhere else (PC) I tried. Same with sending them by email/texting. Won't open like corrupted.

What can I do to recover those pics and vids? I assume they are not so corrupted if I can open them on my phone?

an idea for the pics you say open on the phone.

open, take a screen shot, try to save to something like Box or Googledrive.
