Help Viber Calls - No Sound?

I think this is a great little device!

I bought it purely for WiFi use as I'm not going to use Virgin for phone service, as I already use Lycamobile on my older Pantech Burst.

Right now I'm happy with apps like MagicJack, Skype & Viber for making calls at home or at the office.

The problem with Viber is that when I make or take a call there is no audio.

I just applied the latest update on Thursday night (from Viber) and can now report that I can send audio messages - which I couldn't do previously. Initially I kept getting an error message that said the audio device was already in use with another application...

Anybody else here using Viber successfully for calling?

I've actually started using the app called Line on the Awe instead of Viber. It's almost the same thing but I'd still like to understand why Viber on the Awe thinks the audio device is in use with another application, when trying to record an audio message.

I faced this problem too a month before but I got the solution that uninstall viber, restart the phone and download a fresh version, Cheers
