Help Vibrant 4g

I was just browsing T-mo's site to see what phones are avaliable. I noticed they are advertising a Galaxy S 4g phone seperately from the original Vibrant. What's the difference? Can my "old" Vibrant get 4g speeds?

On a seperate note, I'm not achieving speeds higher than "E". I've tried reboots, new mods, nothing seems to work. My girlfriend also has a Vibrant, and she's almost always getting 3g. What gives?

No, the original Vibrant can't get 4G.

As for the networking problem, go to settings-> Wireless and Network
Touch the Mobile Network choice, look at Network Mode. Mine and probably your girlfriend settings are set to GSM/WCDMA (auto mode). Yours is probably set to GSM mode (I think WCDMA is 3G mode). Just choose Auto and see if that doesn't fix the problem.
