Help Vibrate alert for one specific contact - how?

Apologies if this has already been asked elsewhere.

I have a shiny new HTC One X+. How do I make the phone vibrate when I receive an email from a specific contact? You can do it on the BlackBerry, but I can't work out how to do it on the HTC.

Can I set it up on the phone, or is there an app for that?
