Help Vibrate always on?

Hey everyone. On my Bionic, I have Vibrate mode set to never. The phone is not in silent mode - I have the notification sounds set at a moderate level.

Is it normal for the phone to still vibrate every time I get an email? If not, what do I need to do to turn it off? I'm hoping its something simple I am missing.

If you are using the regular email app, open the email app. Then click Menu>Email Settings>Notifications then uncheck Vibrate.
