Help vibrate and ringtone

On the Droid X, is there a way to switch the vibrate mode on while stilling having the ringtone on? I've only been able to find an either/or mode, not both. Thanks,

settings> sound settings> vibrate> always on..

i think that might be what you are looking for, it will ring and vibrate at the same time.

That solves my problem. Thanks. My Jawbone bluetooth head set doesn't have a "ring in the ear" feature, so I have to rely on either hearing my phone ring or feeling the vibration in my shirt pocket, thanks again
