Vibrate intensity

So I never had a problem with my Eris's haptic feedback or vibrate when I get a text until I played with my friends Incredible. I really liked the haptic feedback and was wondering if there were a way to edit it either through an app or flashing a zip in recovery.
 
cyanogen has something in its settings to change the vibration levels.

thats all i know of tho.
