Help Vibrate Notification does not work after GB update

My vibrate notification has stopped working after the GB update. I have it set to vibrate always. The phone will vibrate to let me know that I am in silent mode (when holding down the bottom volume rocker button) but that is it. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas for a fix?
 
So I am going to answer my own question. The app mini info was the culprit. I installed it right after the GB update because for some reason they removed the battery % from the settings menu. Who knew that the app would silence all my vibration notifications automatically ........
