To stay OP. Not that I know of. I believe that the vibrate function is on the hardware side of things.

oh i am using volume+ for the speaker issue, just wish vibrate could be fixed

Check out smart Vibrator from the market. No, it does not actually make it vibrate harder, but you can change pattern and duration of the vibrate. I think it has made my phone more noticeable while clipped on my belt....

Go SMS allows you to change the pattern, i used to have the same problem with not feeling it, now it does multiple long and i always know when to check

I love my phone and all it can do. But I will tell you, the speaker they put in this thing blows massive chunks. It is not loud enough during calls using the speaker, when it rings I have to have the speaker facing up in order to hear it ring, and the vibrate blows too<-----I know where you guys are gonna go with that one so have at it.....lol.

I understand people want to have a nice slim device but sometimes slim doesn't work when slim is winning out over functionality.

Smart Vibrate is what I use as well and works very good. I have it set to do like 5 long vibrations and it works well on getting your attention. This works well if you are in a noisy area.
