Root Vibrate when placing call

So I dont remember this in 1.5 but when I place a call and it connects, the phone vibrates. Checked all settings I could think of and all vibrate is disabled and it still does it. Is this a bug? Or am I missing where to turn this off. Thanks in advance.

i think it's a new feature.

i had root and now i have the new leak and both have the vibrate.

anyway there's no way to go back to root from the latest leak?

From my understanding if you go to leaks that arent rooted, you lose root and cant be rooted until they find an exploit. But I could be wrong.

Do you know how to turn it off though?

i just reported this vibration as a bug - because every time it does that for me, it mutes the headset and speaker (possibly mic but i don't know). This only happened twice now and i've been running the new rooted eris21official rom for about 4 days. and i'm using Google Voice.

From what I remember I always had this vibrate. From my 1.5 phone til my leak phone and then the rooted phone. Seems to be a default thing.

Very annoying, There seems to be no way to disable this, phone vibrates only when I am dialing a number (when number key pressed) and then again when the call connects. I have been able to diable all the vibrate functions other than these two instances. I have looked all day for a way to do it. Has anyone found these settings? I am running strait OTA with no mods. And this is very new with 2.1. was not there in 1.5
